Terms of use
The terms that apply when you use Scorerdesk: what the volleyball scorekeeping practice may be relied on for, and why it never replaces a certification course.

What this is
Scorerdesk is a practice tool for learning to keep a volleyball scoresheet and a libero tracking sheet from a narrated match. It is not an official scoresheet, it is not an electronic scoring system, and nothing filled in here may be used as the record of a real match. At a real table the referees, your region or state association, and the official scoresheet govern, not this site.
The matches and the sheets
Every match, team and uniform number is invented for practice. The scoresheet and the libero tracking sheet are drawn by Scorerdesk with the usual fields in the usual order; they are not copies of any official form. Rules are explained in our own words with the rule body, the edition and the rule number named, and every guide says when it was last checked.
Rules and attribution
Scorekeeping procedures differ between rule books, regions, states and tournaments. Scorerdesk carries two profiles, one for the NFHS high school rules and one for the USA Volleyball indoor rules, and says where they differ and where a local procedure may apply. The names of rule bodies appear only to say whose rule is being described. Scorerdesk is not affiliated with USA Volleyball, the NFHS, any region, state association, league or club. A certificate of practice from Scorerdesk is a note of practice, not a certification, and it is not a substitute for your certification course.
What is free
The daily set, one scenario at each libero level, the blank printable sheets, every guide and the FAQ are free with no account and stay that way. When billing is enabled, a paid plan adds every scenario, unlimited generated sets and matches, the choice of rule profile, live pace, error injection, projection mode, the certificate and the history. Nothing on the free list will be moved behind a payment.
No account, and your progress
There is nothing to sign up for. Anything the site remembers is stored by your own browser on your own device, which means it can be cleared by you at any time, cannot be recovered by us, and does not follow you to another device. Treat any score you see here as a note to yourself rather than as a record anybody else can verify.
Refunds
Not happy with a purchase? Email [email protected] within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and we will refund it. Send the message from the email address you used at checkout, and include:
- the email address used at checkout (if you are writing from a different address)
- your access code, shown on the Premium page while you are subscribed on the browser you purchased from
- roughly when you purchased, and which plan (weekly, yearly or lifetime)
- the last 4 digits of the card, if you have the receipt handy
That is everything needed to find the purchase and process the refund. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
Acceptable use
Use the site for learning and teaching, including projecting it at a team training night or a clinic. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, do not present its matches as your own work, and do not represent a sheet filled in here as the record of a real match or a certificate from it as a qualification.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Scorerdesk is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site or from reliance on anything on it. A score here is a self assessment, not a qualification, and the referees and the official rules decide every real match.
Contact
Questions, a rule you think is applied wrongly, or a sheet that is graded wrongly all go to [email protected]. A scenario that contradicts the rule book it names is a defect and gets fixed.
